Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for disclosing conditions that may affect the work, such as active leaks, asbestos, lead piping, or unsafe access. If inaccurate information causes additional work, delays, or damage, we may adjust the price or schedule accordingly.
Property access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstructions, and securing pets. If we arrive and cannot access the property, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable trip fee or reschedule the appointment.
Payment obligations
Payment is due when the work is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job begins. For larger projects, we may require a deposit or progress payments, which will be described in the estimate or agreement. You remain responsible for payment even if a third party, such as a landlord, tenant, or insurance company, has agreed to pay on your behalf.
Accepted payments
We accept credit and debit cards, checks, and cash. Payment instructions and any processing fees for card payments will be disclosed before you choose a payment method. Checks should be made payable to WOLF CS PLUMB SOLUTIONS LLC.
No-refund policy
Payments for completed services and any payments designated as non-refundable are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not attempt to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived. If you believe there is a problem with completed work, contact us directly so we can address it.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand plans change and will work with you to find a better time. Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled.
